Case is extremely lacking in their Technology education department. Both online and dealerships. The website that was linked to above was dated 2011! I've used AFS academy some. The MyShed app is ok. But how about some real time committment and customer education? I'm guessing we have spent over $500,000 on equipment trades in the last 2 months with Case. How about they give me an iPad with all of the manuals I need. And when they'reupdated, it just downloads the new one?!

There is an extensive program for dealer service technicians and precision farming specialists, including both web-based and in-person training. Dealers are required to complete a significant amount of training if they want to be able to call themselves AFS Certified.

For customers, Case IH offers the online training through the AFS Academy, as well as classes held at the dealership. If your dealership hasn't hosted any of these classes, ask them why not. Maybe they don't realize any of their customers are interested in it.
