NW Central Ohio | ..I hate to be so negative, but for the life of me I can't figure out why anyone is planting a spring cover crop. You'll make more money putting the main crop out earlier than putting time, money and effort into a cover crop..and then going out and fighting with it to get a stand of corn. Sure..plant a fall or late summer cover...but this is getting ridiculous. Fire away if you want...but I'm not a beginner here...there's over 40 years of farming behind these tired eyes.
