Doing it right now...Wish I would've taken pictures. We put fiberglass bat in the roof and are in the process of putting tongue and groove pine boards on the walls. I hardwired in surround sound hook ups, ethernet, coax and hdmi jacks for a TV. Its a heck of a lot easier to do with nothing on the walls.
