Coldwater, Michigan | In windows 7 you might be able to insert your setup disk and ask it to repair your operating system. Also if you go to the HP site there are probably discussion forums that you could ask if anyone has had experience with your issue and how to handle it. I have asked questions on NAT and I have used Dell's discussion forums. Both have been excellent resources. Sometimes the answer is not what you want to hear.
