I think the dollar will appreciate some more from here.

The Greek issue is just one issue for the Euro and ECB. Remember, the ECB is now starting to yammer about their own version of insanity, ie, quantitative easing.

The fat cats who have just decamped from Davos were treated to various presentations that pointed out that, yes, indeed, the American economy as well as the USD were the prettiest girl in the leper colony. Hey, she might be missing some fingers,  and her other hand is looking a little sketchy, but unlike some of the other women in the leper colony's beauty contest, Miss America still has her nose attached, and that makes her just a little bit less hideous to contemplate.
