Those tracks are specially adapted Soucy tracks, and are fabricated from a specially designed track that is only available from the Quebec dealer who designed them.

We have helped a few customers getting these tracks setup on there planter, as the issue with the company that manufactures this setup mainly only speak French. They are 57.5K for the 4 tracks and all the mounting hardware you need for the conversion.
