So as mom started slowing down she and my wife compared recipes and techniques so that my wife can and will make any of the olde foods from yesteryear. Some ingredients are a challenge to source, but we have am Amish community about twenty miles away. My ancestory is Pennsylvania Dutch and Scotch German so the Amish are close cousins for a lot of neede ingredients. J | |
