I heard that on the news the other day, I was gratified to hear that she was buying meat. At least she's not a vegetarian.
I don't know if you've had Maplewood stuff, if not you're missing out on some good eating. Plus they walk the walk when it comes to supporting local farmers. I remember back a few years when pig price was down in the gutter, they had a letter on their counter from the farmer they buy pigs from. Maplewood was still paying him the same, though they were under no obligation to.
