Ohio | 10 is a different animal then 8.1. It's much more mouse friendly. Like I said, it has a start menu like you're used to. It's not identical to the start menu in 7 but it's similar. It's not different then the start menu in 7 being different from xp. You'll get used to it and I would highly recommend upgrading when the time comes. You can download the Windows 10 Technical Preview here and install it in a virtual machine (assuming you know what that is) to test it out.
