Subject: what would your perfect 100 cow dairy look like?

SC Wisconsin
Any time you talk to a dairy farmer, there is usually a project taking place to better their operation. Anything from changing from a stanchion barn to a parlor, putting up bunkers, changing their beds tons and in freestalls, or changing their calf raising facilities. So for those of you who milk, if you could start from scratch on say 100 cows, what would you do differently? And I mean anything like the stuff mentioned above, or even if you wish you had more grain storage, your buildings faced a different way, you had gone with a slurrystore vs a concrete pit vs an earthen lagoon, your prefresh/ dry cow facilites were laid out differently, you had put in robots vs a new parlor, your machine shed was attached to the shop (or not). Anything really, and no detail is ever too small
