I wonder if this cow may have prolapsed in part because she calved on a loading ramp or somewhere, standing up, ...not usual pasture calving? If so it may not be hereditary, but may happen again anyway. I would let her raise the calf, wean and keep the calf and sell the cow.

Problem is you can not sell an immobile, prolapsed cow with the usual shots for slaughter. So if she prolapses again or gets paralyzed due to nerve damage etc you are out of luck and $$.  If she raises the calf, cleans out any shots given, you can sell her for slaughter and have a calf along the lines of what you are looking for.

It is a nice looking heifer calf. Price was right. May or may not be hereditary.

Worth keeping and giving her a chance imho. Good luck.
