Went to move fence thus afternoon (strip grazing ) and fence was dead . Have only had 3 days of sun so far this month . Deep cycle battery and a 15 watt solar panel . Took battery out of truck and hooked it to charger . Question is how much will a panel charge battery in cloudy dreary days ? Isnt the 1st time that have had trouble with extended cloudy days
