I always wondered why cattle sometimes just love to eat some of the fresh clay dirt , is this due to them lacking mineral or phos in the soil or what? Was told some of the old timers would put a litte in the bunk for the cattle but the guy couldn't tell me why? Anybody have any answers or ideas
