Check the phosphorous level in their ration....might be low.
Edit: OR simply mix a bag of Dical-Phosphate (feed grade) with a bag of loose salt and offer it free choice and see what happens. (Can't hurt anything and may help.) (Can buy both in 50 lb bags.)
