WC Illinois | I agree on the impressive gains. They are out of good genetics. All calved within 21 days. They were not creep fed and were grazed there whole life except for last 2-3 weeks. Never fed any corn. Just some corn silage last couple weeks. They are easy fleshing and deep gutted but I do not know how they could get fat on just grazing. By the way my cows are moderate framed Angus and weigh 1200-1325 lbs. So I'm very happy with weights. | |
