Subject: Need Help with Soybean Program- Chem

South Dakota
Soybean Program For Next Year:

I need some help designing our Soybean Chem Program for next year. We are finally going to join the Prowl crowd, here is what we are thinking of doing.
3.0 pints Prowl H20 + 12 oz Auth MTZ
(preplant)
Early Post
FLEXSTAR-GT or W-Max + Gen. Flexstar
Late Post
48 oz Extreme or W-Max + Harmony or Classic

Here are my questions:
1. We have trouble with waterhemp, lambsquarter, and wild buckwheat, and velvetleaf. Do you think this program will do the trick? Our 30" never seem to canopy to we have learned the hard way we can't be skimpy.
2. Price-This program seems expensive---are any of you able to keep your soybean herbicide costs under $30/acre? It looks to me like this will be all of $40.00
3. Mixing flexstar/pursuit. Does this work well (for example, flexstar gt + pursuit or harmony, or extreme +_ gen flexstar)

Looking forward to the replies.
