Their is a local guy here that makes them. I made my own. I washed it with water and bleach. I read that bleach is the only thing that will get rid of the mercaptan smell. I filled mine with water and was still nervous when I welded it. I have another one to do, and am planning to fill it will Carbon dioxide this time. They make a very heavy duty tank.
