| Torque converter is bolted on. Full of fluid and I took the shifter linkage off and shifted with a wrench to eliminate that possibility. I don't have the pto on yet as you can't seem to get one without waiting a week. Oil cooler lines have fluid. Revved the engin to 3500 and nothing. Doesn't put any load on the engine in any gear at any rpm. Was told it was road tested before being pulled out of the original truck. Don't know how long it had been sitting so maybe a valve is stuck but I am not smart enough to know were to look on that front. If anyone know were I could get a schematic that would be cool.
