croptecsolutions - 12/18/2014 21:14 What can be done with a trustee /executor that won't talk to the benificiarys (My sister and myself). We had to hire an attorney here to talk to the attorney in ND. And they told my sister and I to not have any contact with the trustee nor the trust attorney everything was to be handled thru the attorney here in oklahoma. BUT when our attorney tries to ask questions about what is going on they will not answer. This has been going on over 6 months now. Surely they know something. Everything we read online says the trustee is required by law to talk to the Benificiarys but when we bring that up to our attorney he juat says yea well. I'll see what I can do. So far NOTHING. .... thanks for any advice
