E. Kansas | There is a place in Kansas which leases grain trailers. Almost all, if not all, of them have a license plate from the State of Maine. It's not too reasonable to believe all of those grain trailers are traveling between Kansas and Maine all the time. I wonder how their licensing/registration is acceptable here, yet your daughter is being hassled.
How do the "snowbirds" get by without having to license/register their vehicles at least 2x a year, if other states have the same ideas?
Seems like the cops need to be working on much more important issues that are supposed to be their responsibility.
