Only way I can imagine would be to have an individual in the cheapest zone order and pay for said seed. Then also take delivery. You'd have to write the person who ordered the seed a check then. And all liability would then be put on you for seed performance. You wouldn't get any "dealer support in replant or germination issues that may arise.
