People have a hard time coming to grips with "after tax profits" and generally too short sighted from year to year.

Biggest problem I see is people not distinguishing the difference between "tax saving" and "tax postponement"

Buddy of mine thinks IRS will forget his 1031 exchange........my bet is his heirs will be enlightened someday.
