You can manually right click folders to spot unusually large ones within.
I use Adobe Premiere and discovered it was retaining a copy of every video I worked on for the past year - so it could reopen it quickly getting rid of that freed up 40GB!

My Windows7 64bit seems to sit on about 26GB
