I see I don't charge enough! I have a Great plains 10' no-till also. I have only rented out the drill. Charge $10/ac.. Would charge 5 more if doing it with me and tractor. To me cover crops ( and I love them ) get expense when have to rent drill and tractor. My cereal rye if planted at 1 bu. runs about $17/ac.. You add rental at even 15 and now you are up to $33/ac.. Doing small amount of ac. would be good way to start, but if you start to do more, having your own is better in long run.
