I would love to have the manure. Can't think of many negatives to it. Agree on the value of the stocks and the manure, who would be doing the work, chopping, baling, manure hauling/spreading, etc. As long as both parties are happy. I would want manure applied in fall so you can work it in with tillage. Would not want it done in the spring due to compaction issues. May want manure tested for fertility value to adjust your fertility program.
