Everybody but Syngenta and the U.S. government seem to say this is a done deal. But Reuters says both are awaiting confirmation from China.

I'm curious...

Who sent out the emails. No press releases from Syngenta yet. You'd think their agencies would be all over this hours ago.

I'm not saying there's anything fishy about these reports, but it does seem strange that Chinese officials seem to be saying this has been finalized but there's a lack of official connection.
