King City, Mo | we had some tofu beans come in at 1850 last year. talk about marbles. great for the export market but not so much for the guy buying the seed.
We had some beans come in really large and they yielded really good so the cleaner guy set the screens and skimmed off more of the bigger beans to get the seed count down. I got wrapped into hauling some of the splits off when things were crazy and they were usda #1 beans.
