Well for one thing rural areas are in decline, but the school districts cant suck up their pride and admit that spending 30 mil on a new building won't bring the children and families into a dying community. Some of these towns are so stubborn and narrow minded that they won't combine services with neighboring communities.
start going to school board meetings!!!
