Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Over the last few years I seem to notice the effect. I try to get out in direct sunshine as much as possible. I bought a car with a sunroof and have it open most of the winter to let the sun in. Cloudy days day after day are tough. Wife and I usually try to go south to the sunshine for a week or two after the first of the year. Seems to help a lot. |
