Middlesex County, Ontario | I want to get the T2 up off the floor, I don't like having the cable connections by feet and I don't think a couple screws into the floormat is all that great to begin with. There's a nice shelf on the monitor caddy, but then I can't keep a binder there anymore. So ideally I'd mount the T2 upside down to the bottom of the shelf. But Trimble didn't provide that software option. Is what's in the pictures alright? Whats the point of the plate on the bottom, why do we even need it or why did Trimble include it?
Anyone have experience mounting the T2 anywhere besides the floor or the back wall of the cab? I have one on the A post in another tractor and it seems to work all right.
