I'm just saying, when the parenting is lacking--"It takes a village"
someone needs to be there for that kid......
If you want to throw the parents under the bus for doing a crappy job ,fine.
But don't throw the kid underneath with them.
Kids want,need direction and will seek it out good or bad.
Bad parents, does not mean bad kids.
We don't need to  judge the parents , we just need to be here for them kids.
I'm not just saying my wife and I, but the community (village) as a whole.
