I have an HP m8067c computer with one PCI slot that has a wireless card in it.  I have no need for the wireless adapter.

802.11 b/g wireless PCI adapter card

I would like to take out that card and put in a USB 3 card but the cards I'm finding say PCI-e or PCI Express.  The card in the computer doesn't look like these cards. 

I'm used to dealing with memory, video cards and hard drives.  This just never came up before so I don't know what brand is any good, I don't know what will fit and work.  I thought I'd just be able to get a card and stick it in just as I do with all the other stuff.  

I've found some for 15 to 20 dollars and others as high as 80.   For what I want, a USB 3 that I can plug in my backup drive the 15 to 20 sounded just fine but  they're all PCI-e.
