SC Wisconsin | I have, and they are really cool. He had a lego Star Wars themed 6th birthday party a couple months ago, and you can probably guess what 90% of the gifts were. So we are kinda knee deep in lego sets right now. But it's still a good idea - he enjoys putting them together so I may give it to my family as a Christmas gift idea.
As a side benefit, he is a bit behind his peers in terms of fine motor skills in his hands. So encouraging the lego habit helps us out there too.
