Ok here it is, I am to old to want to implement new technology, that is my sons job. I have not had any experience with games of any kind since I bought my son a video game when he was a lad, it featured Mario to put it in terms you will all get. Now, I need something to occupy some free time. Since I will not be negotiating or buying much of anything going forward I want something to keep me interested.  I will be spending time traveling and perhaps working out but not much time on business issues when we are not in a growing season.

I want a game system that is easy to implement and does not require extensive downloads to enjoy but has a capability to be expanded when desired. I also would like it to be free of internet access if possible?  I will need the system to be somewhat child friendly too, grandkids.  Any of you young guys care to make a recommendation?

I am old enough and wise enough to know when its time to get out of the way.
