This may be a silly question but I keep getting these corn and grain production surveys in the mail from the USDA-National Agricultural Statistics Service. I've been tossing them in the trash because it says "Response is voluntary". Before I toss this one that came yesterday, I got to wondering if farm programs at the FSA office are tied to your response?
