I am renting a friend of mine wrapper to wrap some oat hay, used it dozen other times without problems so I know how to load the wrap and such, but just started (already had a part roll in it and there is no tension. I double checked the roll everything looks good. He is coming over after work to look for himself. Looks simple enough but cant see any adjustment for tension Any ideas, thanks
