no welfare payments on this farm!!!!!!!! | i rent out a farm to a 16 yr old girl from iowa. she is the best farmer i have. yes i said it and the rest of my renters reading this need to go talk to her to learn how to farm. that being said, she sends me a photo album every year of pics of all the operations threwout the year. yes i farm and know what is going on but i think if i was a land owner who didnt understand farming or what was happening this would be a great gift. she indcludes soil tests, and just about everything she did or plans to do to the farm. with these falling crop prices I am more worried about her buying me out then not being able to pay rent. fyi women are better farmers, if you can find one to farm your farm let her. |
