I will agree Mark.
The problem was always to stay awake and prevent 'scuffler blight'
Note in this area it was called 'scuffling'

My start was with a JD 'B' with a cultivator mounted all around you that did 2 36 inch rows at a time.

Most of my hours scuffling was in white beans with a 4 row 3 point hitch scuffler.
i got much sun doing that for hours every summer and my skin shows it says my doctor when they carve another spot off.
