Moorhead, MN | I'm a Series 3 licensed introducing broker. The test wasn't hard. Talk to a couple different brokerage firms you like and become a broker under whichever one has a similar philosophy as yours and gives you a fair deal.
My primary method of compensation is an annual fee as many of my clients hedge on their own and I spend a lot of time with other aspects of their marketing (basis, farm bill decisions, etc) so I'm not very familiar with what is a "market" commission split
