Thanks for your compliment on our management but I don't consider ourselves a high end approach. We try not to over think some things on the farm and just go with what our yields and data has shown.

We haven't seen as high of responses with P. We apply a little sulfur in front of corn along with some zinc in our starter. I don't try to get carried away with nitrogen, we just spring apply, have some starter, and sidesdress every acre. I would like to do more corn/corn but my father likes his rotation for most part. I DO think that our improved K levels have allowed us to have much better nutrient and N efficiency.

I haven't noticed our CECs getting better. What is your thought process on this?
