Checking out at Babies r Us or something like that.  We were getting presents for a new baby of a friend or ours and the lady behind us said, "are you buying diapers?"
After we said yes, she said I have a $10 off coupon.  Gave it to us and the clerk said it's in the form of a gift certificate but it didn't work, then the manager said it just comes off the price of the diapers.
We were going to give her the gift certificate but that couldn't happen so we split the savings and gave her back $5.
She seemed happy and so were we.
