X2 on using a char bull. Will put more meat and bone on those calves than an angus bull will. The yellow calves with some speckles will also sell better than the black spotted/skunk tailed calves but will still be discounted. Strait LH calves sell real cheap even if you can find a buyer for LH roping calves.

Personally, I wouldn't mess with them unless they were almost free.
