Keep them on the starter til around 300#. Work them up to 6-8# a day. Then you can switch to a grower type feed. Do you have a feed store near you that carries bagged creep feed? Something with gluten,soy hull and DDGs pellets? Different parts of the country have different ingredients they use. Where are you located?
