With that cemetery fund you need to start a new file.
I keep company's, personal accounts, 7 different entities on one quicken program (quicken 2000) and these seperate files may have different bank accounts within each one of them. (as many as you need)
You can't work between files however, unless you write a check from one file to another and show it as check/deposit.
You may not be able to do that with all versions, this is quicken 2000, not quickbooks.
