I was gonna ask what model you had as I have just never heard anyone not liking there trailering system. Not trying to bash prefeirt as they have the best costumer service of any company I have ever dealt with, but watching there reps work them self up to a sweat trying to get it ready to transport on a smooth concrete floor I knew it wasn't the chute for me.
