NovAtel had a deal running in July/August/September where they would provide the TerraStar unlock for free if you bought a 1 year subscription to TerraStar. That program ended September 30th as far as I know. TerraStar requires an OEM6 receiver card with L-band capability, which means the OEM628 and OEM638 cards.
The OEMV series is still capable of doing OmniStar and RTK, but it won't be able to do TerraStar.
