| hello there.
i have a question for the older, almost to slow down (retirement) age.
I am a younger farmer. 31 years old. financially stable very small operation. never had a family whom which farmed.
I am looking to see if there are any farmers whom do not have another generation to pass the farm down who would be willing to work with a younger farmer to sell there operation over the years.
I have also looked into the state programs, farm transition programs, bfc center in Iowa, and those all have been a dead end.
just wanted to throw ideas out there and if anyone has a suggestion all is welcome
