| The salesman is full of it, any Product Quality Inspection (what he is calling it anyway) is done as soon as it comes off the line after being built. I worked at GM assembly plant in Michigan, 2 vehicles are pulled and a total inspection is done from each shift daily. When I worked there I had my new truck run thru the inspection and even got the paper work when it was done. I hate to say it but it may have had an issue such as a scratch or dent or any other issues that had to be fixed before shipping. Hopefully this helps with your situation. Best of luck | |
