Subject: $$ for floor heat in 60 x 100 pole barn?

I have a 60 x 100 insulated pole barn with heat in floor. I have never used it but am planning on using it real quick. I do not have natural gas so we have to use propane. I insulated the base with 2" styrofoam and insulated the sides as well. I want to keep it about 55 or so. does anyone have a similar size in a similar climate (northwest indiana) and how much propane will it use? just ballpark, is it 1000 gals or 4000 gals? also, how would it be to use geothermal to heat the water? would electricity be better than propane? I have an excavator to put the closed loop in. I know it cost more initially. does anyone heat in a similar way? thank you
