Water is heavier than oil so it should settle to the bottom of the tank. Let the mower sit for a couple days, pull the drain plug out & let the water drain out till you're getting nothing but oil thn put the plug back in. If it has a filter I would change the filter after draining the water out. Then change the filter again after 25-50 hrs use.

I have an old tractor that after sitting for a while will get a little antifreeze in the oil. I have put a couple new head gaskets on it, had the head magnaf-luxed & planed as well as the top of the block planed but still will get a little antifreeze in the oil. Every so often I pull the oil plug & drain the anti-freeze off and put the plug back in. Been doing this for several years. Know a couple other guys with older tractors that do this as well. Granted, they don't get used like our other tractors, mainly auger work, but have not had any problems so far.
